Thanks for tuning in to your Groundswell Startups podcast. Lean Law episode 1 serves to benefit the more than 60 high tech founders building highly iterative, disruptive solutions at Groundswell headquarters in Space Coast,FL.
In this episode, Mark Mohler of Corridor Legal will share how to trim the fat off the legal process and still set up a company the right way on a limited budget.
Lean Law, Mohler says, is a practice borrowed shamelessly from lean manufacturing. Lean manufacturing is a practice widely adopted across industries that emphasizes cutting waste in processes and making the most of resources. Corridor Legal practices lean law by eliminating the high-rise office space that has become synonymous with legal practice.
Mohler says that this practice allows the firm to cut down on overhead costs and lower their rates, allowing them to work with the clients that they enjoy working with: startups.
